I feel so confident with my recovery after seeing Dr. James. I had lasting nerve pain in my left trap and neck that was spreading to other parts of my body. I couldn't do any trap exercises, dips, or squats without sever pain. I tried to take care of it on my own with massages and various stretches and exercises that I found on my own. But it just kept progressing to the point where the pain was debilitating throughout the day and I couldn't figure out what to do. I first went to see James because of a pinched nerve I had in my shoulder. It was the worst pain I have ever been in. There were days when I couldn’t even get up by myself. After a couple of months the pain was 100% gone and I haven’t had it since. I saw James again when I was having sciatica pain in my lower back due to my pregnancy. Go see Dr. Babana if you have any kind of pain that needs addressing! I went to him for neck pain that came on suddenly. His evaluation is so thorough and he asks detailed questions to get to the root of the problem. He takes time to explain how your injury affects other parts of the body and what he will be doing to correct them. In my evaluation he also uncovered that I was having issues with shoulder mobility that I didn’t even realize. He did some soft tissue work along with some exercises and did an end of session evaluation to see how much progress we made. It was a significant amount in a short period of time. He sent me home with exercises to complete which have helped tremendously.
