Scheduling Policy

All patients must acknowledge and agree to our scheduling policy. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment not only disrupts your treatment progress but also prevents another patient from receiving care.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice will be charged at the full session rate. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this policy.

Our goal is to help you achieve the best possible results, but individual outcomes may vary based on adherence to treatment, personal factors, and the nature of the injury. While we cannot guarantee specific results, we are committed to providing the highest quality care to support your recovery.

No Refunds Policy

All services, package and membership sales are final to ensure scheduling availability and treatment consistency. Once a package is purchased, we reserve time slots and resources for your treatment plan, preventing us from offering those spots to other clients. Because of this, no refunds will be issued.
